Louis Vuitton Services Europe in Brussels is seeking a Training Intern to support the Training team across Europe, reporting to the Learning Manager. The role will help develop and implement training programs for Client Services staff across 15 countries.

You will assist in creating training materials, animate products with product experts, and support the Knowledge coordinator by uploading content on SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Internship agreement provided by university is mandatory.
• Available for a period of six months.
• Strong command of English.
• Excellent computer skills with PowerPoint, Canvas, and SharePoint knowledge.
• Good communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Proactive and team-oriented.

Responsabilités

• Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for Client Services staff (organisation, planning, co-animation).
• Assist in creating training materials and resources for use in training sessions, both live and virtually.
• Assist in animating products for the client advisors to boost sales (coordinate with product experts).
• Be the back up of our Knowledge coordinator (upload and create content on SharePoint and Knowledge tool).
• Assist in elaborating action plans based on the Maison’s priorities in collaboration with other departments.
• Adapt tools and content according to strategy and priorities.
