3ecruit is seeking a Technical Trainer in Leuven to design and deliver engaging training programs for customers, partners and internal teams. You will combine classroom learning with hands-on machine training to ensure engineers can install, operate, maintain and troubleshoot advanced industrial equipment across global markets.

You'll collaborate with Engineering and R&D to align content with product developments, while expanding digital learning materials using LMS platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technical training or coaching customers in a technical environment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting knowledge.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and engagingly.
• Experience with industrial machinery or advanced manufacturing.

Responsabilités

• Deliver classroom and practical technical training for customers, partners and internal engineers.
• Develop and maintain training programmes, presentations, practical exercises and assessments.
• Demonstrate installation, operation, maintenance and troubleshooting procedures on industrial machinery.
• Assess trainee performance through practical exercises, written tests and certification programmes.
• Produce and maintain training documentation, learning materials and technical records.
• Work closely with Engineering and R&D teams to ensure training content remains aligned with new product developments.
• Support the development of digital learning content using modern training methods and LMS platforms.
