Delvaux is seeking a seasoned visual merchandising and events professional to lead the creative concept development for global events, retail activations and window displays. You will ensure alignment with the Maison's brand image and DNA, elevating desirability through artistic vision and meticulous execution.

The role focuses on defining visual strategies, collaborating with HQ and regional teams, and delivering high-impact activations that translate brand identity into tangible experiences.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in retail and luxury sectors.
• At least 5 years in a visual identity role.

Responsabilités

• Define the visual merchandising strategy in line with brand identity.
• Design and develop strong visuals for events, activations, and window displays.
• Create moodboards, scenographies and artistic directions aligned with Brand Platform.
• Produce 3D files, technical plans, and visuals for suppliers; brief and monitor execution.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure feasible concepts and faithful translation.
