Lightspeed Commerce is seeking a Field Sales Account Executive in Brussels, fluent in French and Dutch, to prospect, demo, and close restaurateur clients within Belgium. This remote-friendly, field-based role requires daily territory activity and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions and ensure customer success.

The position emphasizes Salesforce CRM usage, a consultative sales approach, and a track record of meeting ambitious targets in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Fluency in French and Dutch.
• Experience in prospecting and closing customers, restaurant operations, or a relatable field.
• Field position requiring daily activity in the territory.
• Strong communication, organisational and presentation skills with ability to sell and negotiate at all decision-making levels.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and team environment.
• Self-motivated, creative, and flexible.
• General technical proficiency with software.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus.

Mansioni

• Generate lists of prospective restaurants and manage the entire sales cycle from initial outbound call/walk-in to close.
• Conduct demos and develop a solution that best meets the prospect’s needs.
• Partner with teams across the business to ensure that expectations set during the sales process are met in delivery.
• Leverage Salesforce (our CRM) to manage all sales activities.
• Understand the competitive landscape and determine how to best position Lightspeed in the market.
