The Standard, Brussels is seeking an Event Coordinator to manage a broad range of events from inquiries to contracts and execution. This role collaborates with clients and internal teams to deliver seamless events and uphold the brand's elevated service standards.

You will coordinate with Events Manager, Marketing, F&B, Design, and Operations, schedule timelines, site inspections, and contribute to creative concepts that drive guest engagement and revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and French is required; Dutch is a strong advantage.
• Good organization and proactive attitude toward managing tasks and priorities.
• Motivation to learn and grow within a dynamic team.

Responsabilités

• Support the Events Manager in planning, organizing, and executing confirmed events.
• Independently coordinate smaller-scale events such as photoshoots and activations.
• Assist with larger events by supporting client communication, contracting, logistics, and execution.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients for updates and inquiries.
• Prepare event timelines, floor plans, run-of-show documents, and internal communications.
• Maintain CRM records of proposals, contracts, and event documentation in Envision.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Kitchen, and Operations to ensure plan execution.
• Promote hotel services and amenities during client interactions to upsell.
