ENTICO ICT in Brussels seeks a Service Level Manager to act as a trusted advisor within the Service Management team, representing the delivery organization to customers and suppliers, and ensuring mature, reliable, secure and compliant services throughout their lifecycle.

The role reports to the Chapter Lead and collaborates with CoE Sourcing, OpRes, Procurement, Legal, CISO and other stakeholders. Strong English is required; French/Dutch knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master level or equivalent by experience.
• English language proficiency; knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a complex IT environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of Third Party and Intragroup contracts/services and negotiate SLAs.
• Identify contract requirements and write specifications for existing or new contracts.
• Support and advise IT leads and delivery orgs across lifecycle to ensure mature, secure, compliant services.
• Monitor performance, costs, risks, and business continuity against SLAs and KPIs.
• Facilitate continuous improvement of services, tools, processes and procedures.
