ENTICO ICT is seeking a Service Level Manager to act as a trusted advisor in service management, representing the delivery organization to customers and suppliers. The role supports IT Leads and the delivery teams to provide mature, reliable, secure, and compliant services throughout their lifecycle.

Located in Brussels with on-site presence (50%), the position emphasizes governance, contract management, and continuous service improvements across multiple domains within the CIO-Office support

Qualifications

• Experience managing third-party and intragroup contracts and service levels.
• Ability to monitor performance, cost drivers, risks, and compliance.
• Strong collaboration with multiple stakeholders across IT and legal areas.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of third-party and intragroup contracts and negotiate SLAs.
• Identify contract requirements and write specifications for contracts.
• Advise delivery teams on mature, secure, and compliant services across lifecycles.
• Monitor performance, costs, risks, and business continuity.
• Support continuous improvement of services, tools, and processes.
• Ensure governance, controls, and audits for compliance.
