EUROPEAN DYNAMICS seeks an IT Support Manager fluent in English to lead and coordinate IT support activities from Belgium, with work conducted on company premises or on-site at client premises.

The successful candidate will be integrated with the Development team and closely cooperate with a major client's IT team on site, focusing on ITSM processes, knowledge management and delivering high-quality support services.

Qualifications

• University degree in IT with 5 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM principles and processes.
• Experience with Incident, Request, Problem and Knowledge Management.
• Experience in user support, troubleshooting and stakeholder coordination.

Responsabilités

• Organise and implement information systems support.
• Design, implement and improve ITSM processes (Incident, Request, Problem, Knowledge).
• Create and maintain knowledge bases, manuals, wiki pages and support docs.
• Provide guidance and assistance to business users of information systems and ICT tools.
• Monitor support performance, ticket quality, resolution times and service levels.
• Develop and implement relevant support processes.
