FuturWork is seeking a Business Manager intern for Brussels, taking on real responsibilities from day one. You will identify client requests on partner platforms and match IT profiles using our internal AI tools, while managing consultant relationships and supporting business development across Belgian and French markets.

Join a dynamic, Brussels-based team and gain exposure to strategic decisions, with the potential for a permanent contract if mutually aligned.

Qualifications

• Currently a Master’s student in business, engineering, or related field.
• Understanding IT market is a plus or willingness to learn quickly.
• Fluent in French and English; able to work in a bilingual environment.
• Proactive and takes initiative without detailed instructions.
• Curiosity about AI and its business applications, coding not required.

We're looking for a Business Manager intern to join our Brussels team and take on real responsibilities from day one.

What you'll do:

• Identify and respond to client requests on our partner platforms
• Source and match the right IT profiles with the right client needs using our internal AI tools
• Manage consultant relationships: first contact, qualification, mission follow-up
• Contribute to business development across the Belgian and French markets
• Help improve our processes with a real product mindset

Your profile:

• Business school, engineering, or university student (Master's level)
• You understand the IT market or you're ready to learn fast
• Comfortable in French and English
• You take initiative without waiting to be told what to do
• Curious about AI and its business applications, no coding required
