Brigada is seeking an Account Director for branding and marketing to lead client relationships, drive strategic direction, and oversee profitable project delivery. You will collaborate with client service, strategy and creative teams while coaching account managers and executives across multiple accounts.

You will work in a fast-paced branding environment, balancing strategic insights with commercial discipline, and aligning with client partners on ongoing developments and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as an account director or senior client leader.
• Proven track record managing senior client relationships on integrated branding/marketing accounts.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; French is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and translate challenges into strategic direction for scope, creative work and communications.
• Own profitability: margins, forecasting, scopes and fees; manage risks early.
• Identify growth opportunities within client portfolio and convert into concrete proposals.
• Lead and coach account managers and account executives on your accounts.
• Keep client partners informed on account status and progress.
