Job summary

Brigada is seeking a performance & operations manager to provide clear, accurate insight into planning, performance and control across the agency. You will build and maintain a unified system with actionable reporting used by account, finance and management teams.

You will own long term capacity planning, map resource gaps, and manage a network of freelancers. You will set up dashboards showing capacity, profitability and billability per project and client, and lead process improvements across

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in planning, performance, operations or resourcing within an agency.
• Strong affinity with financial and operational data: profitability, capacity, billability.
• Experience building or maintaining reporting systems and dashboards.
• You translate data into clear insights for account, finance and management.

Responsibilities

• Own long term capacity planning across the agency and align staffing with projects.
• Maintain planned time vs actual spend in line with contracts and plans.
• Build a network of trusted freelancers and assess resourcing impact of pitches.
• Set up and maintain systems showing capacity, profitability and billability by project/client.
• Track, report and improve operational workflows; report to CFO/Finance Director.
• Advise on staffing decisions from permanent vs freelance to new roles.
