Job summary

Brigada is seeking a Performance & Operations manager who can turn chaos into a clear overview. You’ll build the system that delivers accurate insight into planning, performance and control across the agency, creating reports used by account, finance and management teams.

You’ll own capacity planning, align time and spend with client contracts, map resource gaps, and lead traffic managers. This role combines data-driven decision making with process design, and offers hybrid work from Antwerp,

Qualifications

• Several years in planning, performance, operations or resourcing, ideally in an agency.
• Strong affinity with financial and operational data: profitability, capacity, billability.
• Experience building or maintaining reporting systems and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own long-term capacity planning across the agency.
• Keep planned time and actual spend in line with client contracts and account plans.
• Map structural resource gaps and manage a network of freelancers.
• Set up and maintain the system that shows capacity, profitability and billability per project/client/person.
• Report to Finance Director or CFO and update the Management Team regularly.
• Advise on staffing decisions and design new processes; lead traffic managers.
