Job summary

Jobat is seeking a Commercial Director to strengthen commercial performance, accelerate customer acquisition and build a scalable sales organization across Belgium. You will define and execute the commercial strategy, identify priority markets and growth opportunities, and establish governance and performance routines.

You will lead and coach a team of sales professionals, implement KPI-driven management, and closely engage with key accounts to grow high-value partnerships.

• Identify and develop new key accounts.
• Personally manage and negotiate with selected high-value customers.
