Brigada seeks a senior communications & brand strategist who turns human insights into sharp positioning. You’ll shape how brands speak to people, from positioning to annual plans, and lead strategic thinking with support from senior strategists and junior team members.

Fluency in Dutch and English is required; you should have 10+ years in communications or brand strategy, ideally in an agency, with strong consumer-brand experience. You’ll collaborate across teams to drive impactful work.

Formación

• At least 10 years of experience in communications or brand strategy, ideally in an agency.
• Solid experience in the consumer brand world.
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

Responsabilidades

• Develop communications positionings, map them out and present them to clients.
• Drive people insights to move audiences through brand and communication.
• Define the vision and main blocks of a brand’s annual communications plan within long-term positioning.
• Focus on strategic logic: domains, content pillars and tactics for clients.
• Translate plan into day-to-day strategy, solo and with the team.
• Bridge to creative teams and shape how a strategy can work creatively from the start.
• Propose new formats to work with clients and accelerate impactful work.
