Qualifications

• Studying Hospitality Management or Business with a 5+ month internship agreement.
• Fluent in English and French; Dutch or another language is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation.
• Energetic, a team player, and able to stay positive in busy environments.
• Interest in sales and hospitality operations.

Responsabilités

• Immerse in operational departments to understand ground processes.
• Join Booking Success to handle individual and group reservations.
• Respond to guest inquiries by email, phone, or in person with a smile.
• Collaborate with Sales to boost revenue and occupancy of rooms and meeting spaces.
• Contribute to successful sales strategies.
