Holiday Inn Brussels Airport in Brussels is offering a full-time internship in Reservations & guest service within the Sales department. The role covers assisting guests with hotel inquiries and managing the reservation flow from onboarding to confirmation, all on-site during standard hours.

Based in a busy conference hotel with 310 rooms and 18 event spaces, the internship emphasizes hospitality, guest care, and proactive problem-solving to enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong administration and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Team player with a heart for guest love and service orientation.
• Pro-active person with attention to detail and a can-do attitude.
• Fluent in English and Dutch or French, with good interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Help guests with questions about the hotel and services and manage the administrative flow of reservations.
• Handle reservations for individual guests and leisure groups on-site during business hours.
• Perform daily checks in the Opera PMS system and ensure smooth reservation processing.
