Hotel Limelette - Hotel Limelette in Waals-Brabant seeks an attentive Receptionist to welcome guests, manage check-in/check-out, and uphold luxury standards.

You will coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, and Spa, handle reservations with the PMS, and assist with guest requests, including dining and local experiences.

Fluency in English and a discreet, proactive service mindset are valued; this role offers a front desk environment aligned with premium hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience in front desk or guest-facing role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Discretion and refinement expected in a luxury hotel.
• Proficient with PMS and payment handling a plus.

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests with a warm, professional greeting and manage check-in/check-out.
• Provide local recommendations and tailor guest experiences.
• Handle reservations, room assignments, and billing accurately.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues gracefully.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, Spa to ensure seamless guest journey.
• Liaise with Spa for bookings; coordinate room service during peak hours.
• Provide information on on-site facilities and local highlights.
• Maintain accurate guest records and confidentiality; assist with upselling where relevant.
• Handle calls and payments; complete end-of-shift reporting.
