Axis Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for customers in Walloon Brabant. You will provide customer-focused solutions, maintain professional relationships, and collaborate with the sales team.

You will speak fluent French and Dutch, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth interactions with clients and colleagues. A competitive salary and comprehensive benefits accompany this role.

Responsabilités

• Be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, app, or in person; provide solutions or refer to colleagues as needed.
• Support account managers and district manager with client information and business needs identified in conversations.
• Welcome clients at events or visits with a warm, professional demeanor and ensure smooth collaboration with the sales team.
• Schedule appointments for existing and potential clients and assist the sales team with data in systems.
• Handle logistics for events and provide administrative support to the sales team; complete tasks on time with excellent service.

Will you be our new Customer Service Representative in Walloon Brabant? As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll play a key role in providing customer-focused solutions and maintaining professional relationships. You’re proactive, eager to learn, and enjoy a variety of tasks. With your fluent communication skills in both French and Dutch, you’ll ensure a warm welcome and smooth collaboration with the sales team. • You are the first point of contact for our customers—including business owners and professionals—via phone, email, our app, or in person at the office;
• When customers have questions, you provide customer-focused and independent solutions or refer them to your colleagues, such as account managers or the district manager;
• At events or during client visits, you ensure a warm and professional welcome;
• You make a significant contribution to the account manager team by actively keeping them informed of relevant client information and business needs that you identify during conversations;
• You schedule appointments with clients, both for existing accounts and for potential new clients whom you approach first;
• In addition, you provide administrative support to the sales team, such as processing and verifying client data in our systems;
• You take practical office tasks seriously and handle the logistics of events;
• For you, it goes without saying that every assignment must be completed on time and accurately, always with excellent service in mind.

• You express yourself fluently in French, both verbally and in writing. In addition, you have a good command of Dutch;
• Preferably holds a bachelor’s or master’s degree, but we are also open to candidates who have acquired their skills through experience.
