Job summary

Novellas Healthcare is seeking a General Manager Benelux to lead the Belgian, Dutch and Luxembourg markets. You will shape local strategy, drive launches and lead a team to translate scientific progress into patient access and sustainable growth.

You will report to European leadership and collaborate across the international organisation. You will manage pricing, reimbursement and market access while building relations with authorities and payers, developing talent, and aligning Commercial,

Qualifications

• Substantial leadership experience in pharma/biopharma.
• Proven track record in product launches and P&L management.
• Experience in pricing, reimbursement negotiations and market access.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
• Master’s degree required; MBA is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Define Benelux strategy with full P&L responsibility and budgets.
• Lead product launches and translate strategy into sales/marketing actions.
• Drive pricing, reimbursement and market access initiatives in Belgium and Benelux.
• Recruit and develop the team in collaboration with HR.
• Align Commercial, Medical and Market Access teams and engage with authorities and payers.
