Talentwise is seeking a strategic Head of Marketing & Product for Benelux to drive growth across Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. You will shape market positioning, lead a performance-oriented marketing function, and partner with OEMs and agencies in a dynamic B2B automotive environment.

You will own marketing strategy, brand development, product management and pricing, while reporting to the CEO and guiding the team to deliver measurable business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7–10 years of senior marketing leadership experience.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, brand management, B2B lead generation, pricing.
• Automotive industry experience is highly desirable.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; French is a strong advantage.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the Benelux marketing strategy with three brands across Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.
• Lead digital marketing, demand generation, and ROI using data and market insights.
• Develop pricing strategies and manage product lifecycles to meet business targets.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to strengthen B2B relationships and partnerships.
• Lead, coach and develop the marketing team and manage budgets and agencies.
