Abbott is seeking an EHS Coordinator Benelux to lead Environmental, Health & Safety programs across Belgium and the Netherlands. You will act as the regional EHS expert, ensuring compliance, supporting field and office-based teams, and driving continuous improvement across multiple sites.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, a Prevention Advisor certification (or willingness to obtain), and at least 5 years of EHS experience in a multi-site environment.

• Lead occupational health, ergonomics, and emergency preparedness initiatives.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to commercial and field activities.
• Support teams on safety topics including radiation, biohazards, and PPE.
• Lead incident investigations and ensure corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage EHS reporting, dashboards, and performance tracking.
• Act as the main EHS point of contact, driving alignment with leadership and external stakeholders.

In this role, you will act as the regional EHS expert, ensuring compliance, supporting field and office-based teams, and driving continuous improvement across multiple sites.
