Job summary

Eurofins PSS Insourcing Solutions Belgium is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive regional growth across the Dutch market and broader Belgium. You will shape account strategies, lead proposals, and partner with the European team to win new business.

The role requires senior BD experience in life sciences, strong English and French, travel across Belgium, and a track record of delivering revenue targets in GxP/GMP contexts. Hybrid work in Mechelen.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in life sciences with MBA.
At least 5 years of business development experience within life sciences.
Proficiency within GxP/GMP environments is nice to have.
Excellent networking across functions and client organizations.
Fluent English and French; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

Drive the region’s business development for PSS and achieve growth targets.
Develop account strategies and lead client proposals to win new business.
Collaborate with leadership and marketing to devise materials and proposals.
Manage contracting and commercial negotiations with oversight from senior management.
Travel across Belgium to client sites and maintain strong client relationships.
Provide regular revenue and market status reports to leadership.
