Jobtailor in Ghent Belgium is seeking a hands-on Implementation Consultant to manage full project lifecycles for Peripass deployments from kickoff to hypercare. You will translate client goals into practical configurations and run workshops with stakeholders.

You will configure the platform, develop test scenarios, oversee integrations and testing, and ensure on-time delivery while traveling within the Benelux. Strong communication and technical aptitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; strong hands-on implementation or consulting experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Strong technical affinity with IT/engineering backgrounds preferred.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, and testing.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; German or French is a plus.

Description du poste

• Manage the entire functional and technical implementation of customer projects from kickoff and analysis through setup, configuration, testing, go-live and hypercare


• Understand customer goals and business value, identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities, and translate them into workable Peripass setups


• Facilitate customer workshops


• Configure the Peripass platform


• Prepare test scenarios and follow up on project actions


• Handle integrations, APIs, component testing, integration testing, hardware testing and relevant troubleshooting


• Manage multiple projects and stakeholders while ensuring on‑time and in‑budget delivery


• Build customer relationships through clear communication, empathy and stakeholder management


• Guide customers, maintain alignment and move projects forward with internal teams and third parties such as hardware partners


• Visit customer sites for analysis, process reviews, field testing, UAT, training, go‑lives and hypercare


• Report directly to the Head of Professional Service, Érick Gomides

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a hands‑on implementation or consulting environment


• Experience in implementation consulting is strongly preferred


• Technical educational background or background demonstrating strong logical and analytical thinking, such as IT, engineering or a similar field


• Bachelor's degree at minimum is expected


• Experience in client‑facing project work


• Ability to manage stakeholders, lead workshops and build trust with customers


• Strong communication skills, empathy and a practical mindset


• Ability to adapt communication style to different customers and keep collaboration constructive


• Comfortable combining project coordination with hands‑on execution


• Ability to switch between analysis, configuration, testing and follow‑up


• Solid technical affinity


• Experience with APIs, integrations and troubleshooting is preferred/ideal


• Experience with Postman or Swagger is a plus


• Ability to handle multiple projects and changing priorities without losing focus


• Dutch and English are important for this role


• German or French is a plus


• Open to travel, mainly within the Benelux


• Open to working from the office in Ghent
