itsme® is expanding its Finance team in Belgium, seeking a Business Controller to drive FP&A, reporting, and strategic partnering across the company. You will collaborate with NetSuite, Salesforce, and BI systems, turning data into actionable insights for management and shareholders.

The role requires 3+ years in audit or controlling, a master's degree in economics or related field, and fluency in Dutch and/or French with strong English. Hybrid work from Brussels with 3 remote days is offered.

Competenze

• 3+ years of audit or controlling experience required.
• Master's degree in economics, business, accounting or similar.
• Data-driven with ability to handle large datasets and BI tools.

Mansioni

• Lead FP&A and monthly reporting for management and stakeholders.
• Build budgets, rolling forecasts and explain variances.
• Partner with operations, sales, product and HR to drive business decisions.
• Support finance close, tax projects and customer billing as needed.
• Automate finance processes and oversee AI tooling output for accuracy.
