Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of fire detection systems, technologies and applications.
• Experience with EN standards and industry regulations.
• Ability to design compliant solutions and provide technical guidance.
• Experience maintaining CRM data, technical records and sales documentation.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical expert for Johnson Controls Fire Detection solutions across the BENELUX region.
• Analyze customer requirements and recommend compliant, cost-effective fire detection solutions.
• Support consultants, installers and end users during specification and design phases.
• Provide technical guidance on EN standards and local regulations (NBN/NEN).
• Assist customers in selecting appropriate products and system architectures.
• Partner with the commercial team to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Prepare technical quotations and solution proposals.
• Deliver product presentations, demonstrations and technical workshops.
• Build and maintain relationships with installers, distributors and end users.
