Job summary

Inetum Belgium is seeking a Senior Business Controller / Finance Business Partner to act as a trusted partner for designated business areas. You will lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning, analyse performance, and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.

You will drive monthly close, enhance reporting dashboards, and support strategic decisions while shaping the future of finance with SAP and AI-driven processes. Fluency in Dutch, French and English is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Controlling, FP&A or similar finance partnering role.
Experience in a large international corporate environment.
Experience in IT, Technology or Professional Services sector is an asset.
Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and business analysis skills.
Ability to communicate with senior management and C-level stakeholders.
Capable of challenging, influencing and supporting the business.
Strong presentation skills to explain complex financial topics clearly.

Responsibilities

Act as a Finance Business Partner for designated business areas.
Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning processes.
Analyze performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
Present financial insights to senior leadership and C-level stakeholders.
Drive monthly closing and reporting with accuracy and timeliness.
Develop and improve reporting dashboards and management information.
Challenge assumptions and contribute to strategic decision-making.
Educate non-financial stakeholders on financial processes and reporting requirements.
Own finance-related initiatives and guide stakeholders through improvements.
Contribute to SAP implementation and future automation/AI initiatives.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting and operational efficiency.
