Pandora A/S in Belgium seeks a Field Sales Trainer to develop and deliver training programs across the BENELUX region. You will train store managers and staff to elevate selling skills, ensure consistent brand understanding, and support opening and refit projects.

You will travel 3.5 to 4 days weekly within Benelux, bring a positive can-do attitude, and collaborate with an international team using MS Office tools to track progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

• University degree in Learning & Development, Training, Coaching, or related field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in Training & Learning, preferably in retail, fashion, or FMCG, and in an international environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Dutch and French.
• Willingness to travel extensively; 3.5–4 days per week within the Benelux region.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Train store managers and store teams to elevate selling skills and deepen understanding of the Pandora Brand.
• Run onboarding sessions in different formats: face-to-face and virtual, including STM and new joiners on the floor.
• Lead on-floor sales training and co-facilitate STM meetings – regional training strategy.
• Facilitate classroom and virtual programs (Retail Trainee, Flourish Training Champions, conferences) and support store openings/refits.
• Train the Trainer for RSMs.
