Insulet Corporation seeks a Clinical & Sales Training Specialist to drive training across Benelux, improving clinical knowledge, selling skills, and confidence within the internal team and with healthcare professionals. The role supports onboarding and ongoing capability development, including new product launches and analytical training for field teams.

Travel is required across the Benelux region, with a mix of home office, car, and regional office visits in Utrecht and London.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated experience delivering and embedding clinical/sales training to Field Teams and HCPs.
Fluent in English, Dutch and French.
Professional credentials preferred (e.g., CDE, RD, RN).
Diabetes technology experience preferred.
Prior industry and commercial experience preferred.

Responsabilités

Support delivery of clinical and commercial capability across Benelux.
Develop and deliver clinical, product and selling skills training for Sales and Clinical teams.
Build knowledge, confidence and competence to drive adoption and business goals.
Deliver product launch training and key messages to internal teams.
Provide education and training for onboarding and ongoing capability development.
Coordinate Certified Pod Trainer accreditation training and maintain standards.
