Culturelive is expanding into the Benelux market and seeks a Sales Coach based in Belgium. The role blends deep B2B SaaS sales expertise with the ability to coach Dutch- and English-speaking clients and teams.

You will guide sales reps and managers through the full cycle, drive performance rituals, and shape scalable coaching processes. Start date is early October 2026, with a 2.5-day workweek to begin and potential growth.

Qualificações

• Solid B2B sales experience in SaaS or tech environments.
• Experience coaching or supporting salespeople (in-house or consultancy).
• Strong client focus with high standards and human touch.
• Fluency in Dutch (Flemish) and English required.

Responsabilidades

• Coach sales reps and managers across the full B2B sales cycle (prospecting, discovery, follow-up, closing, account management).
• Run performance rituals (pipeline reviews, call sessions, workshops) and embed sustainable prospecting routines.
• Support managers through change: posture, feedback, team management, KPI tracking.
• Structure and maintain clients’ sales frameworks (messaging, playbooks, sequences, scripts) aligned with the platform.
• Deliver clear, regular reporting to clients on adoption, engagement and performance.
