Pandora in the Benelux region is seeking a Field Sales Trainer (m/f/d) to elevate selling skills, optimize store operations, and deepen understanding of the Pandora Brand, Product and Craftsmanship across the sales field.

You will lead onboarding sessions, classroom and virtual training, and co-facilitate regional training strategy. The role requires travel 3.5–4 days per week within the Benelux region and fluency in English, Dutch and French.

Qualifications

• University degree in Learning & Development, Training, Coaching, or related field.
• Fluent in English, Dutch and French.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Benelux region.

Responsabilités

• Deliver onboarding sessions in face-to-face and virtual formats.
• Lead and facilitate store training programs and walking floor trainings.
• Support openings/refits with training planning and execution.
• Travel 3.5–4 days per week within Benelux region to train stores.

Field Sales Trainer (m/f/d) – BENELUX Region

This role executes Training of Store managers and Store teams catering our business growth strategy to elevate selling skills, optimize operations, and deepen the understanding of the PANDORA Brand, Product & Craftmanship across the Sales Field.

WE DELIVER – Let’s Deliver Together

• Running Onboarding sessions in different formats: face to face & virtual STM and Store Team Onboardings; Temp Onboarding; Sales Assistants - new joiners on the floor
• Facilitating virtual collection Trainings
• Sales Training on the floor
• Co-Facilitating face to face STM Meetings – regional training strategy
• Facilitating classroom & virtual different programs; e.g. Retail Trainee Program, FLOURISH Training Champions, during Conferences
• Supporting Store Openings / Refits
• English, French, Dutch fluent
• Train the Trainer for RSMs

• You hold a university degree, ideally in Learning & Development, Training, Coaching, or a related field.
• You have at least 2 years of professional experience in Training & Learning, preferably within the retail, fashion, or FMCG industry, and in an international environment.
• You possess excellent communication skills in English, Dutch and French
• You are willing to travel extensively. In this role, you will spend 3.5 to 4 days per week traveling primarily within the Benelux region.
• You are characterized by a positive spirit and a can‑do attitude.
• You are passionate about working with people and naturally create a safe space and a foundation of trust for others.
• You are proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
