Owens Corning Belgium is seeking a Country Sales Leader for the Benelux to drive growth and lead a sales team across the region, partnering with Marketing, Finance and Product Management. You will set long- and short-term sales strategies, define key accounts and channel partners, and translate strategy into action plans with clear ownership.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of team leadership experience; managing, coaching and developing a Sales Team.
• Commercial experience in specification and / or project Sales, preferably in Building & Construction.
• Fluent in English, Dutch and French.
• Location: centrally in Belgium to ensure proximity to customer base and team.

Responsabilidades

• Set long- and short-term sales strategies for the Benelux region; align with Foamglas European strategy.
• Translate strategy into solid sales action plans with clear owners; partner with marketing and product management.
• Define and maintain key accounts, and select dealers and distributors.
• Lead a team of sales leads (approx. 5 HC); set direction and drive high performance.
• Contribute to regional strategy with market insights and customer requirements.
