Job summary

NOBILIS GROUP is seeking a Sales Manager (m/f/d) for Belgium & Luxembourg to drive growth for Luxury & Niche fragrances. You will build strong partnerships with key retailers and lead negotiations in close collaboration with the Benelux General Manager.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in beauty sales, fluent in English, French and Dutch, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Travel within the region is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales management or similar in beauty industry.
• Fluent in English, French and Dutch; German a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the region.

Responsibilities

• Drive sustainable growth of Luxury & Niche fragrance business in Belgium & Luxembourg.
• Develop strategic relationships with key customers and retail partners.
• Lead customer negotiations and annual business reviews with the GM Benelux.
• Plan and execute promotional activities to increase brand visibility and sell-out.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Marketing and Customer Service teams.
