Job summary

BYD BeLux in Brussels, Belgium, seeks a Zone Manager Aftersales BeLux (Passenger Cars) to lead aftersales across the dealer network and deliver superior service levels. The role focuses on developing service products, transforming customer experiences, and coordinating with regional partners to meet KPIs.

You will travel frequently within Belgium, Luxembourg and abroad, including a potential trip to China, and work with the local call center and HQ to ensure consistent quality and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in a similar aftersales/ automotive or e-mobility role.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Belgium, Luxembourg and abroad (including China) ~25%.

Responsibilities

• Manage dealer network service performance, KPIs and aftersales strategy.
• Plan dealer visits, meetings, trainings and regional activities.
• Localize BYD aftersales policies and ensure service standards across network.
• Collaborate with HQ to reporting and performance dashboards.
• Drive customer-centric CX improvements and handle service-related feedback.
