Ritchie Bros. is seeking a Territory Manager for Belgium to offer multi-channel selling solutions and advisory services to buyers and sellers of used equipment and assets. You will travel within the territory 1–2 days per week to secure new business and strengthen long-term relationships.

The role focuses on building market expertise, negotiating deals, and coordinating with internal teams to maximize client value and asset liquidation strategies across auctions, Marketplace-E, or listings.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial mindset and proactive attitude.
• Experience or passion for construction, transportation, agricultural or industrial equipment.
• Excellent negotiation skills and professional level English and Dutch.

Responsabilités

• Sell multi-channel solutions within the assigned territory.
• Identify geographic areas and opportunities to grow sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with key companies in the area.
• Develop strategy and plan to secure potential customers; coordinate with Win Team to service accounts.
