iRecruit is exclusively mandated to find a Rental Manager Belgium to lead and strengthen the rental activities for our client in Belgium and Luxembourg. As Rental Manager Belgium, you oversee the full management and commercial development of the rental business nationwide, driving revenue, margins, customer satisfaction and market share while ensuring sustainable growth and operational excellence.

You will work closely with national and international management teams in Belgium and France, lead

Responsabilités

Drive and deploy commercial development and target achievement.
Monitor and enforce strategy deployment and understanding (aligned with the company & group strategy).
Manage disputes and collections.
Monitor and enforce compliance with safety and environmental rules.
Track KPIs and implement corrective actions.
Analyze market trends and competition.
Drive team performance.
Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
Monitor and enforce the application of safety policies (meetings, incident analysis, prevention plans).
Monitor and enforce the internal audit results and corrective actions.
Promote CRM and tools usage.
