MASCOT is seeking an Area Sales Manager to strengthen our Belgium presence by developing the distributor network and engaging end-users with tailored solutions.

You will work closely with distributors, retailers and end-users to grow sales, present compelling offers, and align with the Belgium Country Manager on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales or distributor management.
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to close opportunities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with distributors and end-users in workwear/industrial products preferred.
• Structured, organized approach with ability to manage schedule and priorities.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building capabilities.
• Native-level local language and English at least B2.

Responsabilités

• Develop and strengthen relationships with existing distributors and retailers while identifying and onboarding new business partners.
• Drive sales growth through proactive customer engagement, pipeline management, and end-user development.
• Present product solutions and commercial offers in collaboration with the Country Manager Belgium.
• Introduce new products, support promotional activities, and optimise the distribution network.
• Build demand among end-users through joint visits, product demonstrations, and relationship-building activities.
• Support distributors with product training, seminars, and implementation of MASCOT’s Shop-in-Shop concept.
• Represent MASCOT at trade fairs, exhibitions, open-house events, and other industry activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reporting, forecasting, and customer data management.
