Solis Talents is seeking a Business Developer to launch and grow operations in Belgium. You will build a client network across retail and FMCG, lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and collaborate with HQ marketing and sales teams.

You’ll regularly visit customers and attend events throughout Belgium, report to the Head of Sales, and have a clear path toward Country Manager as the company scales.

Formación

• Experience in business development, sales or similar role.
• Fluent in Dutch and French, with conversational English.
• Driving license B required.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication in written and verbal form.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and expand the company’s client network (retail chains, franchisees, independent shops).
• Steer the full sales cycle (prospection, negotiation, closing, after-sales) with key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with HQ teams including marketing and sales operations.
• Regularly visit customers and attend events across Belgium to meet potential clients.
