MASCOT is seeking an Area Sales Manager to strengthen its presence in Belgium. You will develop and grow sales through our distributor network while increasing MASCOT’s visibility among end-users in your territory.

You’ll work closely with distributors, retailers, and end-users to drive sales, build relationships, and identify new business opportunities. You’ll be supported by an experienced local team and the resources of a strong international brand.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in field sales, distributor management, or business development.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Native-level proficiency in the local language and English at least B2.
• Structured, proactive, and capable of independent territory ownership.
• Willingness to travel within Belgium to engage distributors, retailers, and end-users.
• Experience in PPE/workwear or industrial products is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop and strengthen relationships with existing distributors and retailers while identifying and onboarding new business partners.
• Drive sales growth through proactive customer engagement, pipeline management, and end-user development.
• Present product solutions and commercial offers in collaboration with the Country Manager Belgium.
• Introduce new products, support promotional activities, and optimise the distribution network.
• Build demand among end-users through joint visits, product demonstrations, and relationship-building activities.
• Support distributors with product training, seminars, and implementation of MASCOT’s Shop-in-Shop concept.
• Represent MASCOT at trade fairs, exhibitions, open-house events, and other industry activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
