Planon Belgium is seeking an entry-level Sales Development Representative to join our enterprise software sales team. You’ll participate in outbound prospecting, identify decision makers, and book meetings for Account Executives while learning how large organizations buy technology.

This role emphasizes coaching, KPIs like meetings booked, and career growth toward Account Executive roles, with a collaborative, learning-focused environment and potential hybrid work.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role; no years of experience required, but motivation and curiosity.
• Must be able to pick up the phone and start conversations.
• Ability to handle rejection and stay focused on long-term results.
• Clear verbal and written communication across languages.
• Experience in sales, customer service, retail, or call center is a plus but not required.

Responsabilités

• Reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Research companies and identify relevant decision makers.
• Start conversations that lead to qualified sales opportunities.
• Book meetings for Account Executives and support deal progression.
• Track activity and performance in Salesforce.
• Work toward KPIs such as Meetings Booked and Opportunity Creation.
• Support revenue growth and the wider sales team.
