Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, or sales coordination, preferably in an international or multi‑stakeholder environment.
• Excellent command of English, Dutch and French - able to communicate confidently with both customers and colleagues.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, building trust and coordinating effectively with a range of internal and external contacts.
• Proactive, self‑starting attitude, comfortable taking initiative, asking questions, and suggesting improvements.
• Analytical and organizational skills to manage complex information, prioritize tasks, and keep CRM and documentation accurate.

Responsabilités

• Prepare quotes, manage renewals, and keep our CRM (Salesforce) accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate communication and follow-up between internal teams and customers.
• Advise on licensing models, handle security qualification forms, BID documentation and ensure documentation is complete and compliant.
• Act as the operational point of contact for our customers, taking co‑ownership to build strong, lasting relationships.
• Spot process bottlenecks and drive smarter, more efficient ways of working for the sales team.
