Curate Group is expanding Lumos Experiences into Belgium and seeks an experienced independent contractor to lead local operations. You will coordinate the Belgium market launch and oversee hands-on delivery of Lumos events, ensuring safety, quality and brand standards.

Role combines remote project work with on-site event delivery, requiring close collaboration with venues, suppliers, artists and freelance teams to build scalable Belgian operations.

Qualifications

• Strong live-event operations or production experience.
• Experience launching events or operations in new markets.
• Knowledge of the Belgian events landscape and local requirements.
• Experience coordinating venues, suppliers, artists and freelance teams.
• Capability to produce event plans and risk assessments.
• Excellent English; Dutch and/or French are advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Develop and coordinate the Belgian market launch plan.
• Coordinate end-to-end event operations for Belgian events.
• Manage venue information, access, capacity and technical needs.
• Prepare event management plans and risk assessments.
• Coordinate local suppliers and freelance teams.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, permits and insurance.
• Attend initial events to oversee delivery.
