Curate Group in Brussels is seeking an experienced independent contractor to lead the launch and ongoing operational delivery of Lumos events across Belgium, combining remote project work with on-site delivery.

You will coordinate venues, suppliers and freelance teams, adapt Lumos processes to the Belgian market, and ensure delivery safety and quality for each show. This role requires independent work and travel to initial events.

Qualifications

• Strong live-event operations or production experience.
• Experience launching events, services or operations in new markets.
• Knowledge of the Belgian events landscape and local operating requirements.
• Experience coordinating venues, suppliers, artists and freelance event teams.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Dutch and/or French advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Belgian market launch for Lumos events.
• Coordinate venues, suppliers, and on-site event delivery.
• Develop operational plans, risk assessments, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with local safety, permits, and licensing requirements.
• Provide ongoing coordination and briefing of freelance Event Managers and crews.
• Adapt Lumos processes and playbooks for Belgium.
