Production Resource Group (PRG) in Belgium is seeking a Project Manager to lead live event productions from planning to execution within budget and on time. You will coordinate assets, teams, and client communications across Belgium, the Netherlands, and France, ensuring top-quality delivery and post-project analysis.

The role requires strong leadership, budget management, and AV expertise, with hands-on onsite responsibility and a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in the live event industry
• In-depth knowledge of AV equipment including lighting, rigging, video and audio
• Strong organizational skills with ability to meet strict deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Dutch and French
• Proficiency with Vectorworks and standard project-management tools

Responsabilités

• Gather essential information for each project and validate scope with the client.
• Plan, organize, and optimize project timelines and budgets; coordinate internal departments.
• Lead and brief project teams; provide feedback, quality control and reporting.
• Monitor progress, costs, and margins; adjust material, personnel, and operations as needed.
• Ensure on-site presence and client-focused delivery; perform post-project analysis.
