Wesco in Belgium seeks an Analyst – Financial Systems to implement and support functional processes and technical solutions across the financial systems landscape. You will collaborate with business and IT partners to resolve issues and drive improvements, while backing up the manager and supporting the transformation program.

The role emphasizes Excel proficiency and a mindset for automation, with involvement in intercompany invoicing, ERP projects, and daily financial system operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or IT.
• English language is a must.
• 1–5 years of experience in Tax, Finance or Accounting.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Experience with Alteryx, Microsoft Access, VBA, UiPath RPA, SQL, Python, Power BI is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist and back up the manager of financial systems.
• Support ongoing Business Transformation including report writing, testing design, automation, execution and validation.
• Work on Oracle Cloud module for intercompany invoicing and digital accounting records such as SAFT.
• Contribute to customs export/import module (Oracle GTM) and wider ERP transformation.
• Provide end-user support, issue resolution, reporting and control for day-to-day operations.
• Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot and resolve issues in upstream systems.
