The role emphasizes collaboration with architects, developers, and testers; requires 3-5 years of relevant experience, a Master’s degree or equivalent, and fluency in Dutch and/or French and English. Belgian market, competitive package.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst or similar role.
• Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical skills and a structured mindset.
• Comfort engaging with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience in financial services and documenting functional requirements.
• Fluent in Dutch and/or French and English.

Responsabilités

• Gather, analyse, and validate business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional analyses, user stories, and specifications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, architects and testers.
• Conduct impact and gap analyses to support decisions.
• Support design and optimization of business processes and digital solutions.
• Coordinate and support testing activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and drive continuous improvement.
• Contribute to Agile projects and digital transformation programmes.
