You guide key users during test scenarios and training, helping clients choose the right options within their operational flows and ensuring users are well prepared to go live with confidence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.
• Interest in how organizations work and business processes.
• Analytical thinking with a structured approach.
• Clear communication and client guidance.
• Willingness to learn processes across sectors.
• Empathy and flexibility to guide clients through change.
• Driver's license B.
