CSS is seeking an Analyst – Financial Systems to implement and support functional processes and technical solutions within their finance area. You will collaborate with business and IT partners to resolve issues, define initiatives and maximize solution benefits.

The role involves supporting the manager, contributing to business transformation, and maintaining daily financial system processes while driving automation and improved reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or IT.
• English language is a must.
• 1–5 years of experience in Tax, Finance or Accounting.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Experience with Alteryx, Access, VBA, UiPath RPA, SQL, Python or Power BI is a plus.
• Automation and report writing passion.
• Finance and accounting process mapping knowledge.
• Strong project management and governance skills.
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders and document issues.

Responsabilités

• Assist with the manager of financial systems and provide support to the team.
• Contribute to Business Transformation including report writing, testing design, automation, execution and validation.
• Support end-user operations and resolve issues in financial processes.
• Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot upstream system issues and escalate when needed.
• Assist in defining future state development of financial systems capabilities.
• Document system admin guides, architecture diagrams and training materials.
