Job summary

Capgemini Belgium is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to own end-to-end recruitment for professional and consulting roles. You will partner with hiring managers, source top talent, ensure a great candidate experience, and contribute to employer branding and talent intelligence.

You'll collaborate with senior leaders and TA professionals, benefitting from a clear development path toward Senior Talent Acquisition and Leadership roles, with a hybrid working model and extensive learning

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or related roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, curious and eager to learn.
• Fluent in Dutch or French with professional English level.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end recruitment for professional and consulting roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to translate needs into hiring strategies.
• Source top talent via LinkedIn, networking, referrals and market mapping.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
• Contribute to employer branding, campaigns and social media activities.
