Job summary

Capgemini Belgium seeks an OutSystems Tech Lead to drive digital transformation projects using low-code, delivering high-quality applications and applying architectural best practices. You’ll lead a 2–5 person team and advise clients on solutions to meet their requirements.

Strong OutSystems knowledge, API integrations, and CI/CD discipline are essential. The role offers hybrid work (up to 70% remote), a flex abroad program, health insurance, pension, meal vouchers, and other benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience developing OutSystems mobile and reactive web applications.
• Associate Reactive Web Developer certification required; tech lead and specializations are a strong plus.
• Strong knowledge of OutSystems development and architectural best practices, including integrations and APIs.
• Experience with solution quality, technical debt management, CI/CD, and overall application lifecycle.
• Proactive, collaborative and analytical mindset.
• Fluent in French or Dutch, with professional working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities
