Job summary

Hawaiian is seeking a hands-on hospitality leader in Belgium to guide a restaurant team, manage scheduling and stock, and monitor KPIs. You will thrive on steady operations, coaching others, and delivering exceptional guest experiences, with flexibility for evenings and weekends.

You will promote safety, quality, and initiative, staying calm under pressure and using data to drive improvements, while growing with the team in a dynamic, collaborative culture.

• €17.33 gross per hour to start, based on a full-time contract of 40 hours per week.

Your growth journey

• You'll start with two weeks of training at one of our training centres, with one module per week. This may take place at a different restaurant from your own.
• After that, you'll spend one week working alongside the Restaurant Manager in your own restaurant.
• All training takes place during your working hours, not on top of them.
